Races of Aethyr

The following is a list of all of them, with each picture linking to their detailed pages:

Draconic
The most common species in Aethyr are draconics, scaled beings of great might and nobility. Some however are more attuned to their feral instincts than others, with dragons being the most civilized, and wyverns the least.

Taurians

A sturdy bunch, Taurs are usually on the more silent, not-talkative side, but they are generally peaceful and conflict avoiding. Despite this, they are often hired as bodyguards because they are intimidating as hell.
They live on the plains or less-dense forests, usually in villages, not forming big communities, some of them are travelling nomads with caravans - they work fast with building up and dismantling their temporary villages.
Others prefer a more adventurous way of life and take to travelling and trading.
The ones living a more bound life live in cozy homes, often made of wood and/or stone for foundations, like lodges. The only building they build from mostly stone is their forges.
They are the most proficient in metalwork and metallurgy of all races thanks to their natural strength and natural bond with the world that surrounds them, giving them an edge in finding the right metals and working them.
They make large weapons the best, such as greataxes, greatswords, maybe sickles.
Taurs have naturally thicker skin, therefore they don't usually wear full armor, mostly on the chest, hip and neck. They may wear vests too.
They never buy things from outside sources however, as they are very keen on maintaining their culture untouched.
They are omnivore although plant matter leaning.
The nomad tribes are the more carnivorous as its easier to hunt that way, but they also grow crops and forage.
None of them can wield elements but some may wield magic, called Shamans.
